This gathering will be held on the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations and I am grateful and privileged to hold space for you.

THE MEDICINES:

CACAO is a powerful, delicious, gentle facilitator for heart opening and soul healing. Full of antioxidants and theobromine to promote blood flow and magnesium to assist in relaxation, be prepared for increased bliss, a clearing of blocked emotions, enhanced connection and energy (without the caffeine buzz).

RAPÉH is a cleansing powder made of dried and powdered Mapacho Tobacco (Nicotiana Rustica) and other botanicals from many Indigenous tribes in the Amazon. It is a fine snuff powder delivered through the nose cleansing the sinuses, eyes, and third eye. It is a powerful healing medicine that supports us to open, re-align, and ground our energy centres while clearing mental confusion and heavy thoughts to elevate our connection to the Divine.
