We are deLighted to bring you our annual Winter Solstice Ceremony to celebrate the longest night of the year as we dive into the ancient connection with Grandmother Owl to retrieve our Soul Seeds for 2022.
Immerse and be enfolded in a UNIQUE evening of ritual with:

* Vibration raising BREATHWORK
* Guided SPIRIT Journey
* Entrancing SOUND JOURNEY with a variety of gongs and bowls, drums and rattles, sacred medicine songs
* and vibration raising COLLECTIVE toning and mantra.

5:30pm - Doors open
6:00pm - Opening Sound Blessing & Energy Cleanse
6:30pm - Sacred Cacao & Breathwork
7:30pm – Sound Immersion & Guided Journey to Grandmother Owl
8:45pm – Intentions and Collective Mantras
9:00pm - Closing
DETAILS & WHAT TO BRING:
LOCATION: Lower level of the Russian Hall
*** THIS IS SOUND BATH FORMAT: Dress in warm, comfortable layers and bring yoga mats, blankets, and pillows. You may also prefer to remain seated on your meditation cushion or backjack foldable seat.
CACAO is always optional. As a heart opening, mild stimulant Cacao is not psycho- active. You might like to bring a grounding snack for afterwards. If you take medications related to the heart or mental health, please contact us directly to discuss suitability.
