3pm - 5pm: Join us for an afternoon of Nordic Style outdoor adventures with piping HOT sauna & icy COLD plunge tubs from 3-5pm!
We will have a beautiful wood fired Finnish sauna parked outdoors with a line up of ICE PLUNGE POOLS for an invigorating and energetically cleansing nordic circuit! The perfect way to cleanse before a healing sound ceremony.
After outdoor adventures are complete, we will move inside the studio to change, snack, socialize and set up our “nap nests” for the evening.
6pm - 7:30pm Cacao ceremony, breath work & meditation with Angela from @sacredlifeanimism
7:30 - 9pm: Soundbath with Mike from Soundquest.
