Deepening my spirituality, healing my spirit and body

I came to these sessions wanting to heal my spirit and body in my recovery from cancer. I really connected with Angela's teachings and animist rituals. These guided me to a deeper understanding of myself and life itself resulting in a stronger, more grounded sense of self, with deeper bonds to my spirit, Creator, and nature. Angela is a compassionate, wise teacher, and guide who has supported me to unveil elements of my Spirit and wholly transform my sense of self.

 What is microdosing?

Microdosing generally refers to taking small, sub-perceptual amounts of a psychedelic substance (generally anywhere between 5-10% of a macrodose.) When done consciously and inter-woven with intention setting, ritual, lifestyle changes, and a personalized system to track results, microdosing has many potential benefits and can lead to profound change.

Let’s be clear though! Microdosing is not a magic pill, but it can be a powerful practice that reawakens you to the magic of life.

Why Microdose?

Everyone has unique reasons for microdosing. Two of the most common reasons, and which have had the largest survey studies, relate to the relief of depression and anxiety.

Another common reason is mood enhancement with a majority of people reporting that the practice boosts and uplifts their mood and well-being.

Here’s some additional reasons why so many people are exploring microdosing:

• Supplement inner work and/or therapy

• Enhance and deepen spiritual connection

• Open and enhance creativity

• Increase focus and productivity

• Deepen integration after plant medicine ceremony

• Improve motivation and performance

• Deepen capacity for empathy and relating

• Improve mood and emotional well-being

• Connect more intimately with nature

 Potential Benefits of Microdosing

Although everyone’s experiences are unique, many people report a wide variety of benefits in these areas of well-being: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, creative. Scroll below to explore more detail.

Potential Risks of Microdosing:

Because our understanding of the direct physiological effects of microdosing long-term is currently limited, it’s important to note areas of caution so you can assess the risks.

If you are diagnosed with a mental health condition, it’s key to speak with your Doctor or Naturopath before microdosing.

There is some conditions that appear to have differing reports, so it’s important you treat your condition and yourself as unique.

For example, some people report an improvement in migraine symptoms and a reduction in the occurrence of migraines, whereas others report that microdosing triggers their migraines. And some people report an improvement in their anxiety, and others report that microdosing triggers anxiety.

Take time to investigate your condition further and consult a licensed healthcare professional before microdosing.

Reacquainting myself with the real me after divorce.

Angela’s sessions were the exact medicine my soul craved as I navigated the breakdown of my 16 year marriage and one of the toughest emotional years of my life. Her guidance allowed me to reacquaint myself with the real me and provided a pathway for renewed enthusiasm for family, friendships, career, and most importantly, the space for new love to come into my life. Our work together has held me while I’ve sat in the deepest depths of my despair, provided emotional healing of deep-seated, long-term grief, and given me insight to the wisdom and power of the ancestry living within me. I can’t wait for the opportunity to travel again to the west coast of Canada to join Angela and the community in person once international travel reopens!

If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.
