Soul-Care to Sovereignty has deepened and strengthened my connection to myself, my community, and nature. It has been transformational to heal ancestral roles, rules, and paradigms that had previously oppressed me. The shadow work and soul retrieval ceremony, gave me the courage to face and address old wounds, and learning about boundaries has given me an objective perspective to stand my ground and be my own advocate, while reclaiming my sense of value and self-worth.
